📋 Description

• Oversee and support day-to-day operations for both 1099 and W2 onboarding workflows • Collaborate with the Network Onboarding Manager to develop and implement streamlined workflows in onboarding platforms, including Fountain and Talkspace Admin/product • Ensure efficient onboarding processes, including smooth phase changes and contracting • Guarantee smooth provider maintenance processes, including providers' account changes • Learn, document, and execute all onboarding requirements • Support the clinical team in the W2 initiative to ensure smooth onboarding of new network clinicians • Report on enrollment trends within the funnel • Identify areas of improvement, bugs, product gaps, and operational bottlenecks • Troubleshoot bottlenecks and blockages, reaching out to stakeholders for assistance • Participate actively and solve problems in recurrent meetings • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree preferred • 1 - 2 years of customer-facing experience required • Experience (or strong interest) in working in a fast-paced environment • Attention to detail
