📋 Description

• Oversee and support day-to-day operations for both 1099 and W2 onboarding workflows. • Collaborate with the Network Onboarding Manager to develop and implement streamlined workflows in Fountain, Talkspace Admin/product, and other onboarding platforms. • Ensure efficient onboarding processes, including phase changes and contracting. • Maintain provider accounts and process account changes. • Learn, document, and execute onboarding requirements. • Support the clinical team’s W2 initiative and onboarding of new network clinicians. • Report on enrollment trends within the funnel. • Identify improvements, bugs, product gaps, and operational bottlenecks. • Troubleshoot bottlenecks and blockages and contact relevant stakeholders. • Participate as an active problem solver in recurring meetings. • Perform other related duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree preferred. • 1 - 2 years of customer-facing experience required. • Experience (or strong interest) in working in a fast-paced environment. • Attention to detail. • Ability to work remotely based on Eastern Time.
