📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end onboarding experience for new restaurant customers, from kickoff through go-live • Configure and test accounts to accurately reflect each restaurant’s voice, menu, hours, and policies • Communicate with restaurant owners and staff via email, phone, and text • Troubleshoot setup and integration issues involving POS, reservations, and other platform connections • Escalate issues to product or engineering when appropriate • Manage multiple onboardings concurrently • Build and refine onboarding playbooks, templates, and documentation • Partner with Sales and Customer Support to ensure smooth handoffs • Track and report onboarding metrics including time-to-go-live, completion rate, and early activation • Flag patterns that could improve the onboarding process

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Implementation or Customer Onboarding • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Kind, empathetic, customer-first approach • Highly organized and process-oriented • Comfort with ambiguity and an early-stage environment • A "thinks scalably" mindset • Familiarity with CRM/support tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Intercom, or similar • Hospitality tech experience (POS, reservations, or restaurant software) is a strong plus
