📋 Description

• Manage a book of 45+ North American clients through onboarding, adoption growth, retention, and upselling • Build strong client intimacy • Work closely with a junior Government Success Manager to identify synergies and improve the approach to North American clients • Act as a thought leader on public participation for civil servants through in-person workshops and training, remote video calls, and content such as guides and articles • Collaborate with the North American Director and Head of Marketing to shape go-to-market strategy • Expand the client base by providing expert input, presenting at webinars, and supporting sales

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience demonstrating project and change management skills in a partner- or client-facing role • 5+ years of experience working in the public sector • Existing network that can be leveraged is a plus • Exceptional English communication skills • Ability to lead client group sessions and build one-to-one relationships with community engagement professionals and senior managers • Extremely organized, with the ability to create structure and processes in ambiguous situations • Results-driven mentality with a bias for speed and action • Experience in customer success management is referenced in the application question
