📋 Description

• Responsible for the operational execution of factoring processes • Reviewing and purchasing receivables • Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable • Supporting customers with operational questions • Managing and monitoring ongoing factoring processes • Coordinating with Collections, Finance, Risk, and Sales • Identifying and implementing process improvements • Contributing to the digitalization and automation of operations processes

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in business administration, finance, or a comparable field, or commercial training, e.g., as a bank clerk, tax assistant, or legal assistant • Several years of professional experience in accounting or finance-related processes • Proficiency in Excel • Understanding of legal, regulatory, and technical interdependencies • Independent, structured, and reliable working style • Analytical mindset and strong organizational skills • Very good German (C1/C2) and very good English (C1) skills • Experience in factoring or financial services (nice to have) • Knowledge of ef3 (nice to have) • Experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable (nice to have)
