📋 Description

• Provide technical insight on API, SFTP, SSO, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, PMS, and marketing integrations to sales and product teams • Develop technical presentations and demo assets explaining integration capabilities • Understand and communicate the value proposition and ROI of integrations • Maintain knowledge of integration architecture, data flows, and authentication methods • Define integration scope during discovery by mapping user journeys, use cases, feasibility, and complexity • Translate prospect and customer feedback into technical requirements for Product and Engineering • Collaborate with sales teams on customer integration requirements and provide technical sales support • Educate sales teams on PMS integrations such as Yardi, Entrata, and RealPage, plus marketing integrations • Provide competitive integration intelligence to marketing for product battlecards • Prepare integration-related proposal sections and customer documents • Train sales team members on technical integration aspects • Build rapport with customers and technical stakeholders to understand integration requirements • Answer technical questions and requests from sales, customers, and prospects • Assist with customer demos by explaining or demonstrating integration functionality and value • Help prioritize VIP and hot prospects where integration complexity affects deal timing • Document integration requirements in Salesforce • Achieve team sales goals and quotas outlined in variable compensation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience • Minimum of 1–5 years of sales engineering, solutions consulting, or technical pre-sales experience • Working knowledge of REST APIs, SFTP, and SSO/SAML authentication • Ability to engage credibly in API conversations with technical stakeholders; this is not a developer role • Experience supporting or explaining PMS integrations such as Yardi, Entrata, RealPage, or similar strongly preferred • Experience with Zoom and Microsoft Teams integrations preferred • Commercial Real Estate or multifamily experience preferred • Proven track record as an exceptionally performing Sales Engineer or technical pre-sales professional • Results-oriented approach focused on tracking, measuring, and assessing performance • Superior communication skills and understanding of the consultative sales approach • Analytical skills and ability to communicate ROI on integration and technology investments • Demonstrated solution-selling skills • Organized and detail-oriented • Ability to build rapport and credibility with business and technical stakeholders • B2B sales and/or SaaS sales experience required • Ability to travel if required • Applicants must be based in the US and authorized to work in the US at the time of hire • Grace Hill does not offer visa sponsorship or assistance
