📋 Description

• Partner with the Pro Sales team to lead custom product demonstrations based on existing customers’ business processes and workflows • Analyze and provide objective feedback to Account Managers on customer compatibility with recommended products and features • Support upselling opportunities for additional ServiceTitan products to current customers and drive increased recurring revenue • Reposition customer objections with creative workflow solutions based on deep knowledge of ServiceTitan software and competitive product advantages • Create clear documentation and delivery approaches for the implementation team • Maintain and update industry-specific scripts for internal demo use • Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share consumer insights • Serve as the subject matter expert on product updates and releases and address implications for business owners

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Solutions Engineering and/or relevant experience in Sales, Product, or Engineering • Background in the Trades and/or Marketing is a plus • Proven track record of success within or assisting the Sales organization at a previous company • Natural ability to think and act proactively to address roadblocks and issues • Strong communication skills to work effectively with a group of people • Desire to constantly learn and apply learnings day to day
