📋 Description

• Assist with preparing for and conducting software demonstrations with the Sales team • Document processes and provide workflow analysis in the retail vertical • Act as a technical resource and liaison between the sales force and customers • Liaise with Product Managers regarding potential product development • Assist with conducting customer or prospect webinars • Support direct and channel sales by providing technical and business-use knowledge of Epicor Retail POS to close ERP sales opportunities • Travel domestically 30%

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of presales experience within the ERP industry or equivalent operational ERP experience • Background supporting both direct and channel sales • Experience in retail or with POS systems • Documented experience giving customer presentations and demonstrations • 1+ years of applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Willingness to travel domestically 30%
