📋 Description

• Partner with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, and other functions to identify high-value AI opportunities • Map current-state processes, identify bottlenecks and failure modes, and redesign processes for automation • Define success metrics and translate business goals into build plans • Design and implement internal AI agents and agentic workflows using LLM patterns, tool use/function calling, retrieval-augmented generation, structured outputs, orchestration, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints • Build end-to-end solutions including UX, service/API layers, integrations, data access, triggers, and connections to business systems • Integrate systems through APIs, authentication, structured data formats, and webhooks • Use AI-assisted development techniques while maintaining quality and maintainability • Own production reliability through monitoring, alerting, logging, incident response, and continuous improvement • Establish reusable patterns, shared components, evaluation harnesses, templates, and documentation • Create runbooks and lightweight training for internal teams • Implement guardrails including data minimization, access controls, secrets management, safe prompting/tooling, output validation, and traceability • Ensure security, compliance, audit readiness, change management, ownership, privacy, and consent requirements • Document system operation, data access, and risk mitigations • Coordinate with Business Technology, IT/Security, Legal/Privacy, and subject matter experts • Communicate progress clearly and manage tradeoffs between speed and rigor • Deploy high-impact internal AI agents into real business workflows and establish a scalable operating model for internal AI

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to build and maintain end-to-end software from design through deployment and ongoing operation • Strong engineering fundamentals • Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python, TypeScript, C#, or Node.js • Comfort learning additional technologies • Practical experience integrating systems via APIs, authentication, and structured data formats • Ability to work with non-technical stakeholders, translate ambiguous problems into specifications, iterate quickly, and drive adoption • Familiarity with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, or Customer Success • Experience integrating CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement, customer success/support platforms, ERP, or similar enterprise applications through APIs and webhooks • Familiarity with GTM workflows and data involving leads, accounts, opportunities, activities, customer engagement, and support processes • Comfort working with marketing, sales, and customer data, including data quality, enrichment, privacy, and consent • Experience building cloud-based services • Experience with CI/CD, source control, test automation, and operational monitoring • Knowledge of networking, identity, secrets management, and infrastructure automation • Experience or strong interest in AI-assisted development • Hands-on experience building LLM-powered tools and agents, including prompting, tool use/function calling, retrieval, orchestration frameworks, and evaluation/quality approaches • Ability to design safe and predictable AI systems using validation, fallbacks, human-in-the-loop approaches, and clear failure handling • Preferred: familiarity with enterprise security and compliance, Lean or operational improvement, and internal tools driving adoption across business functions
