📋 Description

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of experiential marketing campaigns and events • Provide day-to-day guidance to internal cross-functional teams and ensure project milestones are met • Lead daily client interactions, meetings, and communications as the main point of contact • Understand client objectives and deliver tailored marketing solutions, recommendations, and presentations • Build and retain client relationships through rapport, networking, and growth-focused account management • Report regularly on project status and financials to clients and agency leadership • Oversee direct reports where applicable and delegate managerial support tasks or project portions to junior team members • Manage project budgets, production, timelines, resource allocation, and execution • Prepare and maintain project status reports and client deliverables • Lead client management and logistics for live events and onsite operations • Anticipate client interactions and expectations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • Proven professional work experience • Project management experience • Account management experience • Required past event experience • Agency experience • Clerical experience • Strong client communication • Production experience preferred • Experiential marketing experience a plus • Cross-functional leadership and mentorship skills
