📋 Description

• Manage careers of content creators and help them grow their audiences and monetize their content • Oversee influencer portfolios and secure brand deals • Scout and sign emerging and established creators • Negotiate deals with brands and record labels • Develop content strategies for clients • Build and nurture partnerships with brands and agencies • Collaborate with internal teams on strategy and expansion of Grail Talent's roster • Work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced remote environment

🎯 Requirements

• Must be based in the United States ("We're looking for the best managers US has to offer") • Familiarity with large social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Ability to work autonomously and drive your own agenda • Willingness to hustle to get the job done • Resume and cover letter detailing experience and qualifications • Bonus: Experience with talent management, social media influencers, sales, or marketing agencies
