📋 Description

• Maintain communication with the Regional Manager • Communicate regularly with site owners and key stakeholders to build and maintain strong partner relationships • Ensure completion of assigned work orders from the district and report on maintenance-program productivity per site • Ensure sites comply with company Safety Procedures and Compliance Procedures • Ensure on-time and reliable attendance of personnel • Ensure site security and cleanliness inspections are completed and deviations are handled promptly • Attend monthly owner meetings and provide clarification of site operations when necessary • Ensure proper inventory storage and documentation and replacement of used inventory • Oversee regular inventory audits and investigate discrepancies • Ensure site technicians receive proper training and explanations regarding warranty work, extra work, and pass-through expenses • Assist in collecting documentation and data for RCA performance • Travel between sites as necessary to assist Site Technicians and Site Managers • Perform other assignments as necessary

🎯 Requirements

• Four (4) years or more experience with PV systems or related power generation equipment • Knowledge of inverters, trackers, combiner boxes, general cabling, substations, SCADA, controls, DC systems, and wiring & applications • Valid Driver’s License • This role is not eligible for Visa sponsorship • Two (2) years or more Management experience • Knowledge of Medium Voltage (MV) and High Voltage (HV) power distribution equipment • Customer facing experience in providing updates, including schedule on field issue resolution and maintenance activities
