📋 Description

• Manage careers of creators and help them grow their audience and monetize their content • Use in-house software and expertise to negotiate deals with brands and record labels • Develop content strategies for clients • Oversee influencer portfolios and help talent grow platform presence while securing brand deals • Scout and sign new creators, including emerging and established influencers • Build and nurture partnerships with brands and agencies to book talent for campaigns • Collaborate with internal teams on overall strategy and expand Grail’s talent roster • Work independently and remotely in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

🎯 Requirements

• Already very familiar with large social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Ready to hustle to get the job done • Ability to work autonomously and drive your own agenda • Bonus: Experience with talent management, social media influencers, sales or marketing agencies • Submit a resume and cover letter detailing experience and qualifications
