📋 Description

• Assist customers by telephone with selecting the right product • Provide post-sales support • Answer product application and troubleshooting questions for a large range of Grainger products • Communicate with external customers, including end-users, maintenance technicians, and contractors • Communicate with internal customers, including parts and sourcing specialists, sales, and store team members • Provide technical product support by telephone while using multiple computer programs and applications simultaneously • Identify solutions and document customer conversations • Navigate websites, conduct web searches, and conduct product searches using the Grainger online catalog • Use industry-related experience, formal vendor training, and on-the-job learning to achieve and maintain technical expertise on Grainger products • Capture and forward product feedback to product teams based on interactions with customers and field team members • Report to the Manager, TPS Customer Experience

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant job experience or hands-on field experience • Experience applying, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical and lighting systems, wiring, and controls • Electrical experience required • Experience with Industrial Controls and Automation • Proficiency in computer use • Ability to navigate different applications simultaneously with multiple screens or dual monitors
