📋 Description

• Support the Managing Director in refining and expanding MusiCares’ comprehensive preventive care services • Support high-quality operations, including provider engagement, timely client connections, and fiscally responsible clinic management • Coordinate communications between providers and the Preventive Health & Wellness team • Monitor registrations, participation, and provider feedback for continuous improvement • Use knowledge of physical, financial, and mental health to develop adaptable preventive care packages for the music industry • Collaborate with the Networked Care team to align provider services with Wellness in Music data and clinic/program feedback • Develop and maintain effective, sustainable referral pathways • Support pre-qualified systems and evaluate the client engagement process • Collaborate across Health & Human Service teams to improve access to customized care services • Liaise with Recording Academy staff and affiliates to promote services and educate industry partners • Evaluate service efficacy and ROI • Create systems to track client feedback according to organizational procedures and data collection methods • Compile, review, and report team/program data for the Board of Directors, grant writing, and internal and external partners • Develop strong knowledge of MusiCares’ program-driving data • Assist with staffing and coordinating on-site and off-site events, including travel as needed • Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities • Coordinate team workflows and support operational administration • Strengthen program operations through provider coordination • Identify opportunities to improve program/team efficiency and effectiveness • Contribute to implementing the organization’s strategic vision and plan

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred • 3+ years of administrative experience, ideally with a non-profit organization with a similar programmatic focus • Passion for MusiCares’ mission and interest to professionally grow in this area • Commitment to confidentiality and privacy, with the ability to maintain both • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, Mailchimp, Eventbrite, Airtable, and/or comparable creative suite software • Knowledge of database products and how to optimize data for reports and departmental analytics • Strong communication skills and high emotional intelligence • Ability to interact with a variety of constituents using a strong client service approach • Ability to thrive in a collaborative and entrepreneurial business environment • Ability to maintain composure during high-stress, complex situations, particularly when assisting with client care • Ability to adapt well to change while remaining flexible and open minded • Ability to occasionally stand, walk, and sit for long periods and work at a computer for long periods • Ability to lift and/or move up to 60 pounds
