📋 Description

• Qualify freelance designers for the contract pool and match them with projects suited to their skills • Collaborate with teams to explore digital products and services in a consulting environment • Uncover actionable customer insights • Apply research and design methodologies to challenging client projects • Design compelling digital products and services grounded in user value • Help determine project strategy • Mentor teammates • Create client deliverables • Contribute to the company culture and design practice • Work 100% on a project for the duration of the contract • Flex within focus areas and build new skills • Explore human-centered design approaches

🎯 Requirements

• Professional design experience; consulting/agency experience is advantageous • Rich understanding of the end-to-end design process • Evidence of using appropriate UXR methods to inform design • Experience communicating with technology teams and other stakeholder groups • Experience driving research planning, execution and synthesis • Enthusiasm to learn in and out of the primary domain • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Ability to communicate and collaborate during team working sessions • Work samples demonstrating expertise in designing complex digital products or services are required • Experience with digital products or services • Must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States • Must complete employment eligibility verification upon hire • Must be 18 years of age or older
