📋 Description

• Lead analytics engineering and analytics-ready data architecture across GXG for government clients • Lead development, implementation, and governance of analytics engineering standards and best practices influencing enterprise delivery • Design and maintain reliable, standardized data models, transformation logic, and validation frameworks • Own the analytics-engineering layer for advanced analytics platforms, transforming product-delivered data into analytics-ready delivery • Advise on complex customer data integrations and technical decision-making • Define reusable integration patterns, templates, and documentation for scalable delivery • Define and evolve processes for data quality, QA, backfills, and release coordination • Monitor and resolve data quality and consistency issues supporting dashboards, metrics, and client outcomes • Triage data issues and coordinate escalations to Product teams • Provide strategic input on analytical methodologies, measurement frameworks, and best practices • Identify systemic data challenges and drive durable, scalable solutions • Present and communicate insights to internal and external stakeholders • Lead external client-facing workstreams supporting government customers

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data analytics, or business intelligence • Advanced SQL and strong analytics-ready data modeling skills • Subject-matter expertise defining and influencing organizational best practices • Ability to define, communicate, and enforce analytics engineering methodologies at enterprise scale • Strong understanding of cloud data ecosystems and upstream data pipelines • Expertise in data validation, reconciliation, auditability, and data quality • Systems-thinking mindset for ambiguous, high-complexity integration scenarios • Clear technical communication and cross-functional collaboration skills • Proven experience developing dashboards and reporting solutions • Strong background in quantitative research and statistical analysis; qualitative research is a plus • Deep understanding of web analytics and behavioral data, including event-based and engagement datasets • Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Adobe Analytics, Siteimprove, or similar tools • Experience integrating email marketing, social, survey, and other customer feedback and engagement data sources • Comfortable leading external client-facing workstreams • Ability to operate in the Central time zone • Must be located in the Continental US • Experience with government clients, public service, citizen engagement, and communications is preferred • Amazon QuickSight and Tableau experience is a plus
