📋 Description

• Direct the agent array on production workstreams by decomposing problems, dispatching tasks, and integrating output into shipped software • Review agent-generated pull requests at volume and depth for correctness, security, and accessibility defects • Author evaluation suites that make software quality measurable • Own end-to-end quality, including correctness, performance, security posture, and WCAG accessibility • Advance workstreams from supervised toward autonomous execution based on reliability data • Revert autonomy when measured reliability does not support it • Identify degradation in patterns, prompts, or pipeline components and work with the lead architect on remediation • Maintain agent operations within the security boundary • Contribute to AI-native engineering lifecycle standards • Mentor engineers transitioning to agent-directed delivery • Preserve confidentiality, integrity, and availability of company information assets • Ensure employee and customer data privacy and complete required privacy training

🎯 Requirements

• Strong engineering fundamentals in data structures, systems design, and testing • Ability to read unfamiliar code quickly and assess it accurately • Record of shipping production software and owning its quality, diagnosis, and remediation • Hands-on experience directing coding agents on production work • Experience with agent failure modes and critically reviewing agent-generated code • Demonstrated code-review competence, including identifying defects automated tests miss • Ability to provide actionable feedback and maintain a high quality bar • High autonomy and proactive escalation • Preferred: experience in FedRAMP, defense, financial services, healthcare, NIST 800-53, SOC 2, or HIPAA-bound environments • Preferred: evaluation authoring or test-first development experience • Preferred: full-stack range covering front-end and back-end code • Preferred: public-sector or govtech experience • Must own correctness, performance, security posture, and WCAG accessibility • Must operate within branch-only execution, vaulted credentials, sandboxed actions, and in-VPC inference security constraints
