📋 Description

• Identify target accounts and build relationships with on-premise and off-premise staff, retail managers, and customer sales personnel • Leverage relationships with key accounts to sell in distribution • Educate trade and consumers through direct interaction, samplings, meetings, and trainings • Support the local team with staff training • Use Encompass, Microsoft Office Suite, and other software to track activities, results, contacts, tasks, and output • Maintain and enhance the network of points of distribution • Achieve monthly sales and placement goals in the assigned territory • Direct distributor sales forces and develop key retail customer relationships • Perform essential job duties in varied warehouse environments and occasional non-traditional hours

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience with a supplier or distributor • Beverage industry professional experience; spirits background ideal • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Must have and provide a valid driver's license and current auto insurance • Ability and willingness to occasionally work non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends • Ability to work remotely • Strong interpersonal skills to direct distributor sales forces and develop key retail customer relationships • Familiarity with the local market • Must be at least 21 years old • Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, handle documents, bend, stoop, and reach as needed • Ability to work for prolonged periods at a desk and on a computer • Ability to verbally communicate and exchange accurate information • Ability to receive detailed oral information and distinguish sounds at normal speaking levels, with or without correction • Ability to work in varying noise levels and warehouse temperatures • Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation
