📋 Description

• Report to the Director of Product Design and work on multiple projects from ideation to launch • Collaborate with engineers, designers, leadership, and product teammates to translate strategy and complex challenges into product initiatives • Execute high-quality designs, interactions, and prototypes that turn product vision into user experiences • Leverage AI design tools and workflows to explore and validate ideas, features, and interactions • Contribute to the design system and maintain a cohesive, scalable visual language • Conduct user research to identify pain points and opportunities • Uphold a high design bar and make thoughtful, intentional design decisions with teammates

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience designing products in a fast-paced environment • Experience working closely with engineering, design, and product teammates to develop feature strategy and rationale • Outstanding portfolio with presentable case studies of best shipped work • Foundation in typography, interaction design, visual design, and idea generation • Ability to transform complex challenges into simple, intuitive experiences • Ability to move between design details and big-picture thinking while maintaining execution pace and quality • Understanding of design systems and their evolution • Learning and growth mindset • Excellent written, verbal, and storytelling skills
