📋 Description

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives, ensuring completion on time and within scope • Collaborate with product managers, engineering managers, designers, cross-functional teams, and external vendors to define project requirements and goals and help execute them • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocation plans • Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies with stakeholders and decision makers • Drive continuous improvement through process enhancements • Foster innovation, collaboration, and customer-centricity across the organization • Act as liaison between technical teams, non-technical stakeholders, and external parties to ensure communication and alignment

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical program management, ideally with a strong focus on FinTech projects • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced startup environment • Strong understanding of product development life cycle (PDLC), software development life cycle (SDLC), and Agile methodologies • Strong understanding and usage of JIRA, Confluence, Google product suite, Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders • Problem-solving, critical thinking, and risk management skills • Passion for technology and innovation • Bachelor's degree
