📋 Description

• Handle civil litigation matters • Conduct litigation research and writing • Prepare persuasive legal arguments and communications • Handle assignments with minimal supervision • Participate in client interactions • Handle appearances at hearings, depositions, and trials • Work collaboratively in a national and local law firm environment

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of civil litigation practice • Must be licensed and admitted to practice in the State of Oregon • Excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills • Strong academic background • Proven research skills • Self-starter able to handle assignments with minimal supervision • Driven team player • Trial experience preferred but not required • Experience in Employment, Complex Commercial, Construction, Healthcare, Professional Liability, Environmental, Toxic Tort, Product Liability, or General Liability law encouraged • Submit a cover letter, resume, and writing sample
