📋 Description

• Handle civil litigation matters as a Commercial/General Liability Attorney • Handle assignments with minimal supervision • Conduct legal research and prepare written work • Participate in client interactions • Handle appearances at hearings, depositions, and trials • Work collaboratively in a collegial environment

🎯 Requirements

• Civil litigation with 3+ years of practice • Licensed and admitted to practice in the State of Oregon • Experience in one or more of the following areas of law: Employment, Complex Commercial, Construction, Healthcare, Professional Liability, Environmental, Toxic Tort, Product Liability, or General Liability • Excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills • Strong academic background • Proven research skills • Self-starter able to handle assignments with minimal supervision • Trial experience preferred but not required • Submit a cover letter, resume, and writing sample
