📋 Description

• Execute the external engagement strategy aligned to the therapeutic portfolio • Implement the external engagement plan aligned to therapy area strategies • Work with medical colleagues and business partners to identify External Experts, professional groups, decision makers, and stakeholders • Respond compliantly to unsolicited medical information requests regarding GSK medicines and indications • Disseminate important safety information and conduct scientific exchange with healthcare professionals • Deliver scientific and pipeline presentations to formulary committees and healthcare professionals upon documented unsolicited request • Maintain expertise in the evolving scientific and therapeutic area and competitor medicines and vaccines • Attend and contribute to medical portions of regional account planning and training sessions • Attend national and regional scientific and medical meetings to gather medical voice-of-the-customer insights • Support clinical development activities, GSK-sponsored and investigator-sponsored studies, and site performance improvement • Provide insight into GSK research interests and field inquiries regarding investigator-sponsored research projects • Conduct discussions and meetings with steering committee members, advisory board members, consultants, and clinical research investigators • Provide scientific training for GSK sales representatives and individual healthcare professionals • Assist with GSK-sponsored speaker training events • Partner with sales, marketing, market access, and other matrix colleagues to align patient- and business-focused strategies

🎯 Requirements

• PA, MSN, NP or advanced degree (with a medical or clinical focus) • Two or more years' experience in pharmacology and pharmacotherapy in humans, with experience practically applying this knowledge in a clinical setting • Must live within territory specified • Pharm. D or Ph. D, DNP, or MD (with a medical or clinical focus) preferred • Residency or post-doctoral training in a clinical/pharmaceutical practice setting preferred • Pharmaceutical industry experience or medical liaison experience, with specific therapeutic area experience a plus • Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, MASH, or other liver disease experience preferred • Previous clinical experience involving direct or indirect decision-making authority for patient care preferred • Above average computer literacy, including experience with software applications • US licensed healthcare professional status may apply to employment interview expense reporting requirements
