• Liaise with internal and external customers and provide medical and scientific information on appropriate product utilization • Serve as a therapeutic-area and disease-state expert supporting the marketed product and pipeline portfolio • Develop peer-level relationships with national, regional, and local customers, researchers, and payer-community decision makers • Collect field insights to inform Medical Affairs objectives • Provide healthcare professionals with credible, balanced, scientific information about ADCT, its products, pipeline, research activities, and product development • Respond to unsolicited medical information requests in the field • Develop territory plans and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and healthcare providers • Maintain medical expertise and understanding of hematology/oncology clinical practice • Cover sessions and collect insights at scientific congresses • Develop and communicate scientific information on disease state, therapeutic landscape, clinical data, mechanisms of action, and real-world evidence • Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with relevant guidelines • Collaborate with functional leaders and project team members to build compliant, successful teams • Partner with stakeholders to ensure cross-functional alignment
• Bachelor’s degree required • Advanced degree in life sciences (MD, PharmD or PhD) preferred • MSL experience required • Previous experience working within hematology oncology preferred • Proven ability to create and sustain relationships with industry leaders • Ability to organize, prioritize and work effectively with minimal supervision in a constantly changing environment • Knowledge of the PhRMA, OIG and other relevant guidelines • Good understanding of the clinical development process and ICH-GCP guidelines • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Must be located within the pre-specified Pacific Northwest territory (WA, OR, ID, AK) • Willingness to travel approximately 50–60% of the time
