📋 Description

• Work directly with clients to answer accounting and software support questions via phone, email, or chat • Assist with QA testing of new software releases • Transfer or escalate issues to other team members as required • Use HubSpot help desk software to log tickets and resolutions • Submit software development requests and bugs to development on behalf of users • Assist with planning and coordinating user communications as necessary • Perform data integrity GL reconciliations on clients’ behalf as necessary

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to deal with high volumes and work under pressure • Desire to find the solution, not just finish the task • Enthusiastic attitude about providing superior customer service • Excitement to learn GreenSlate software platforms • Experience supporting accounting or other business operations software • Experience with personal computers and printer desktop support • Knowledge of the basics of production accounting is a plus • Excellent listening and communications skills • Focused and detail-oriented • Must be located in the Pacific Time Zone • Ability to occasionally work hours in excess of the normal daily schedule • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds • Employment eligibility verification through E-Verify
