📋 Description

• Lead implementation teams through complex technical solutions with Appian and tangential technologies • Guide clients on Agile, QA, and governance for multi-app platform implementations • Support design, development, and test activities across multiple client projects • Support large-scale implementation teams consisting of multiple development pods • Guide clients on architecture design, platform scalability, configuration management, DevSecOps, and other program initiatives • Ensure solutions are built for scale and performance • Create and document implementation best practices and knowledge base articles for internal enablement • Provide thought leadership on process improvement • Support internal solutions, infrastructure, and tools • Mentor, train, and enable resources • Act as a trusted advisor to clients • Design and integrate Appian solutions into client architectures • Work with clients on technically challenging Appian programs • Implement internal processes and tools to improve business efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Appian solutions • 5+ years of related IT experience • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or related area • Active Lead Certification • Expert experience with Appian delivery using an Agile methodology • Strong technical design, implementation, and problem-solving skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Active listening skills • Analytical and strategic foresight • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to work in a high-paced environment and manage multiple priorities • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • RDBMS experience, such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL/MariaDB • Web services, integrations, and middleware experience, such as RESTful/SOAP or Mule/IIB/Fusion • Preference given to candidates local to the DC Metro area • US Citizenship required • Must be willing to travel 0–15% to Dallas, TX for client meetings as needed • Preferred skills: UI/UX Design; Cloud Computing/IaaS; Authentication; Data management and visualization/BI; DevSecOps and/or Configuration Management; Machine Learning; Artificial Intelligence
