📋 Description
• Prepare billing data for payer billing • Comply with contractual provisions for billing and encounter data submission, including monthly reports • Submit invoices to agencies • Apply payments • Collect on unpaid claims • Prepare advance reconciliations and apply payments to the general ledger • Ensure compliance standards are met for audit purposes • Identify opportunities to improve processes
🎯 Requirements
• 2 years of experience relevant to the work performed • High School Diploma or GED required • Associate degree preferred • Experience with Microsoft Office products, specifically Microsoft Excel • Must comply with contractual provisions regarding submission of billing and encounter data • Must adhere to departmental procedures and GT and agency guidelines • Must meet compliance standards for audit purposes
