📋 Description

• Lead the enrollment team within a state or region to ensure high-quality service throughout the enrollment process • Generate leads and referrals for new individuals and their employees • Cultivate relationships with case managers, support brokers, independent facilitators, and referring individuals and agencies • Drive enrollments to achieve company growth goals through presentations and meetings with case managers, external stakeholders, and participants • Provide accurate communication to referrers and enrollees regarding enrollment status • Support the Director of Business Development in new market opportunities • Troubleshoot issues and answer questions from staff and external customers • Manage employees and ensure work is handled efficiently and effectively • Assist with staffing, training, scheduling, and reward/recognition programs • Manage special or ongoing projects for area/process improvement • Assist in developing and preparing operational plans and project-status reports

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of related experience • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Competent in the use of Microsoft Office products
