📋 Description

• Lead the enrollment team within a state or region to ensure the highest quality service in the enrollment process • Generate leads and referrals for new individuals and their employees • Cultivate relationships with case managers, support brokers, independent facilitators, and other referring individuals and agencies • Drive enrollments to achieve company growth goals within existing contracts through presentations and meetings • Provide accurate communication to referrers and enrollees on enrollment status • Support Directors of Business Development in new market opportunities • Troubleshoot issues and answer questions from staff and external customers • Manage employees and ensure work is handled efficiently and effectively • Assist with staffing, training, scheduling, and reward/recognition programs • Manage special or ongoing projects for area/process improvement • Assist in developing operational plans and preparing project-status reports

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of related experience • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Competent in the use of Microsoft Office products
