📋 Description

• Act as a primary liaison between customers and internal and external partners, production operations, logistics, supply chain, and warehouses • Ensure customer needs are met with high quality and service • Enter orders daily in ERP systems and logistics portal • Validate pricing, quantities, and customer delivery expectations • Meet deadlines for order processing, scheduling, and warehouse delivery • Prioritize tasks and adapt quickly to challenges and opportunities • Interact with customers and sales representatives by phone and email to receive orders and manage product/specification changes • Collaborate cross-functionally with shipping, logistics, quality, accounting, and sales to facilitate order flow and communicate customer requirements • Create and offer best practices for process, productivity, and proficiency • Use Microsoft Office 365 and multiple systems/programs simultaneously

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with logistics customer service, scheduling, and shipping fundamentals • Experience with customer interactions face-to-face, by telephone, or electronically • Strong computer skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent attention to detail • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with short lead times • Strong prioritization and time management skills • Experience with manufacturing ERP systems such as PLEX, SAP, JDE, or Oracle is preferred • Experience with EDI order processing is preferred • Experience with 3PL distribution services, transportation, and logistics companies is preferred • Experience working with major customers such as Amazon, Walmart, or Costco is preferred • Willingness to travel up to 10% • Ability to work typically 8am–5pm Pacific Time, Monday–Friday, with overtime flexibility and rotating weekend coverage • Successful completion of a drug test may be required where permitted by state law • Employment eligibility verification through E-Verify
