📋 Description

• Lead and manage self-perform field crews repairing, restoring, and maintaining utility-scale solar and BESS projects • Develop and improve processes to increase consistency, productivity, and project profitability • Ensure work meets safety, quality, customer, and operating requirements • Promote knowledge sharing, ownership, and effective decision-making • Execute projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality expectations • Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, resources, and rolling three-week lookahead plans • Communicate proactively with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams • Provide daily reporting and track project progress • Support customer interactions as needed • Mentor and develop field personnel and promote continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Strong electrical background in power systems, renewable energy, industrial electrical construction, field services, commissioning, operations, maintenance, or related industries • Working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and practical field application • Experience leading self-perform crews, craft labor, or subcontractors in construction, commissioning, maintenance, or field service environments • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, construction documents, and technical specifications • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications • Valid driver's license • Ability to travel extensively to project sites • Experience supporting utility-scale solar, BESS, renewable energy, power generation, or electrical infrastructure projects • Demonstrated experience troubleshooting medium-voltage or utility-scale electrical systems • Bilingual English and Spanish is an advantage • OSHA 30, NFPA 70E, CPR, and First Aid certifications are advantages • Experience with Procore, ArcGIS, or other construction and field management software is an advantage • Previous experience leading remote field teams across multiple project locations is an advantage
