📋 Description

• Develop and execute a sales strategy focused on high-speed digital pre-print and high graphic solutions • Drive revenue growth and innovation • Use a consultative sales approach to identify customer needs and deliver tailored solutions • Prospect, identify, and close new accounts while owning the sales process from start to finish • Manage and nurture relationships with decision-makers • Align the value proposition with customer business objectives • Lead cross-functional initiatives with commercial and operations teams • Monitor the market and adapt to the evolving competitive landscape • Travel across the U.S. and connect with prospects, customers, internal teams, and GP Hummingbird facilities

🎯 Requirements

• Proven B2B sales experience and direct expertise in corrugated, paper, packaging, or digital print • Strong business acumen and solution-based technical selling skills • Deep understanding of the sales process from prospecting to closing • Willingness to travel 30–50% across the U.S., including overnight stays when necessary • Experience with lithographic, flexographic, or digital printing • Communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills • Proven track record in lead generation and building a robust sales pipeline • Experience working with Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) customers • Ongoing education or technical training demonstrating a commitment to lifelong learning • Ability to pass a drug test where required • Work authorization verified through E-Verify
