📋 Description

• Define and implement supply chain and logistics processes for Molex’s Optical Connectivity Group • Lead design and continuous improvement of demand and supply planning, procurement, inventory, warehousing, transportation, order fulfillment, and manufacturing logistics processes • Map current processes, identify pain points and control gaps, and define standardized future-state ERP- and MES-supported workflows • Lead ERP and MES business workstreams covering design, configuration, testing, deployment, stabilization, and issue resolution • Translate business requirements into process designs, functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and deployment plans • Coordinate pilots, integration testing, user acceptance testing, cutover readiness, go-live support, and post-implementation resolution • Coordinate integration across ERP, MES, planning, procurement, warehouse, transportation, product data, and reporting platforms • Govern master data for materials, suppliers, sourcing, bills of material, routings, production versions, inventory locations, and logistics • Define process standards, decision rights, controls, KPIs, and ownership models • Lead standardization and deployment across regions, functions, and manufacturing sites • Develop implementation roadmaps, readiness assessments, deployment waves, resource plans, and transition plans • Coordinate local process owners, subject-matter experts, super users, and site leadership • Lead change management, stakeholder communications, training, workshops, issue resolution, and cross-functional decision escalation • Monitor adoption, process performance, and benefits realization after deployment

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading enterprise ERP, MES, supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing system implementations • Strong program or project management experience, including planning, risk management, testing, deployment, and stabilization • Experience in one or more supply chain domains such as planning, procurement, inventory, warehousing, transportation, logistics, order fulfillment, or manufacturing operations • Demonstrated ability to map business processes and translate them into system workflows and requirements • Experience working with master data, system integrations, business controls, and operational reporting • Strong facilitation, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills • Ability to work effectively across global teams, functions, and manufacturing sites • Experience with SAP or another tier-one ERP platform, including supply chain, logistics, production planning, materials management, or warehouse capabilities • Experience with MES platforms and integration between shop-floor execution and ERP • Experience with warehouse management, transportation management, advanced planning, supplier collaboration, or supply chain visibility solutions • Knowledge of manufacturing traceability, inventory controls, production execution, and material movement processes • Experience supporting global template design and multi-site deployments • Background in discrete manufacturing, electronics, optical connectivity, or another complex global manufacturing environment • Experience defining process metrics and realizing measurable operational benefits • Adaptability, agility, creativity, and skill in dealing with ambiguity
