📋 Description

• Lead coordination and preparation of monthly Supply Chain Operations Reviews • Gather, validate, consolidate, and analyze supply chain data • Develop and maintain executive-level PowerPoint presentations, dashboards, metrics, and briefing materials • Identify supply chain risks, trends, constraints, and issues requiring leadership attention • Coordinate inputs from Procurement, Program Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance, and other functions • Track leadership-review actions and drive timely closure • Maintain action-item trackers, status reporting, and follow-up mechanisms • Support ad hoc briefings and executive communications on emerging supply chain issues • Support Negotiation Integration initiatives focused on program kickoff and sub-tier negotiation support • Serve as primary Supply Chain point of contact for Rare Earth Elements procurement activities • Coordinate requirements, demand forecasts, procurement strategies, and supply chain assessments for rare earth materials • Support funding and appropriations requests to establish or expand rare earth material availability • Develop data-driven business cases for appropriations and investment requests • Coordinate with stakeholders to develop and execute rare earth strategies • Monitor market and supply chain conditions affecting rare earth availability • Support efforts to diversify and strengthen the rare earth supply base • Track milestones, funding requirements, procurement activities, and leadership actions • Support munitions acceleration initiatives and improve affordability

🎯 Requirements

• A university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience • DoD procurement experience and knowledge of Federal Acquisition • U.S. Person status or eligibility to obtain necessary export authorizations • U.S. citizenship is required to access information under this program/contract • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to gather, organize, analyze, and communicate complex data • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint • Ability to develop clear, concise executive-level presentations • Strong organizational and project management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work across organizational boundaries and influence stakeholders without direct authority • Experience supporting executive-level operating reviews or business reviews • Experience in aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or complex industrial environments • Experience with munitions, strategic materials, critical minerals, or supply chain resiliency initiatives • Experience developing business cases, funding requests, or appropriations requests • Procurement or supplier management experience • Familiarity with defense acquisition, government contracting, or government-funded programs • Experience with supply chain performance metrics and dashboards • Advanced Excel, Power BI, or other data visualization/analytics experience
