📋 Description

• Manage planholder/client accounts for Premier brokers (2–999 lives) • Ensure client satisfaction, persistency, growth, and profitability goals are achieved • Build relationships with clients and brokers/consultants through in-market presence • Collaborate with the sales representative on account management strategy and positioning • Manage the client lifecycle and develop solutions for benefit needs • Balance client needs with business needs • Achieve yearly financial growth and persistency goals • Travel regularly within the assigned territory

🎯 Requirements

• BA or BS degree preferred or equivalent work experience • Minimum of 3 years of group insurance experience servicing accounts and/or account management • Strong customer service acumen • Demonstrated success dealing with brokers/consultants and sophisticated clients • Ability to analyze data to influence and execute renewal decisions • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite: PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams; Concur; Tableau; Salesforce • Ability to operate in a virtual environment and build rapport virtually • Knowledge of relevant industry products and processes, including Worksite, LTD, Dental products, absence management, online enrollment, experience rating, and dental network analysis processes • Consultative selling, virtual communication, presentation, relationship-building, strategic thinking, critical thinking, basic math, organizational, and time management skills • Must achieve required industry licensing within 90 days of date of hire and maintain license through Continuing Education requirements • Must be based in Ohio or Michigan • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship
