📋 Description

• Implement AbsenceResources accounts newly transitioned from the sales team • Complete required documentation and set specifications within the proprietary database • Develop implementation plans and coordinate training • Build and maintain positive account relationships • Establish strong working relationships between ComPsych and AbsenceResources team members • Act as the direct liaison between Human Resources professionals and AbsenceSource during implementation • Understand assigned accounts' absence policies and related benefits • Conduct external training on leave of absence compliance during implementation • Develop business and communication plans with Human Resources professionals to promote AbsenceResources services • Investigate and resolve account concerns to support a smooth transition • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA required in Human Resources or related field preferred • 1+ year of project management experience required • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite required • Account management experience in leave of absence administration, benefits, or human resources related services is a plus • Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus • Stable work history required • Consistent and reliable high-speed internet and workspace free from distraction, disruption, or noise is required • Ability to be present on camera during work-related trainings, meetings, and/or events • Must be able to sit or stand at a desk for prolonged periods while working on a computer • Travel as necessary to meet new and existing customers; approximate travel required is up to 25%
