📋 Description

• Serve as a core team member on consulting projects from project initiation through analysis, solution development, implementation, and closeout • Perform quality assurance of project deliverables and artifacts against documented industry standards and expectations • Gather and synthesize information through interviews, focus groups, surveys, document review, and dataset review • Apply critical thinking and analytical problem-solving to identify issues, develop insights, and support client decision-making • Develop client deliverables including findings and recommendation summaries, strategic plans, process flows, and status updates • Support planning and facilitation of client working sessions and day-to-day operational meetings • Translate complex information into clear written narratives and visually effective PowerPoint materials • Build and sustain productive relationships with clients and colleagues • Contribute to a positive, inclusive team culture • Support internal initiatives and business development efforts such as research, proposal development, and reusable asset creation • Work in person and virtually with colleagues and clients

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university • 1+ years of relevant professional experience in consulting, public sector, analytics, or a related role • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Ability to develop accurate, well-organized written deliverables and presentations • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work in a dynamic environment • Ability to travel throughout the West Coast and, on occasion, outside the state based on client needs • No sponsorship is available for this position • Experience supporting state or local government clients • Experience with business process improvement, stakeholder engagement, change management, or program management • Experience performing data analysis and using findings to recommend and implement improvements • Understanding and experience with fundamental financial analysis concepts • Interest in technology enabled transformation and experience supporting adoption or implementation efforts • Experience implementing technology systems; examples include Salesforce, ServiceNow and Workday
