📋 Description

• Review fraud investigations and operational activities for accuracy, consistency, compliance with established procedures, and adherence to quality standards • Evaluate investigative work products • Identify trends and improvement opportunities • Provide constructive feedback to investigators • Help maintain the integrity and effectiveness of fraud detection and identity verification operations • Support development of operational documentation and standard operating procedures • Support investigator training programs • Promote consistency and continuous improvement across the fraud operations function

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD Public Trust; candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred • Must be a US Citizen due to nature of client engagements • Three (3) to Five (5) years of experience • Experience in identity fraud investigations, identity verification operations, fraud operations, or investigative review and analysis • Strong attention to detail and ability to assess work for quality, accuracy, completeness, consistency, and procedural compliance • Ability to identify trends, analyze findings, and communicate recommendations effectively • Experience developing documentation, procedural guidance, or training materials • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience working in a production-based, metrics-driven, or quota-driven environment • Experience using investigative and identity verification tools such as LexisNexis, Socure, or similar fraud detection platforms • Experience conducting quality assurance reviews, audits, or quality control activities in an investigative or operational environment • Familiarity with identity proofing, account verification, fraud prevention, and case management processes • Experience facilitating training, coaching, or knowledge-sharing sessions
