📋 Description

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce implementations. • Perform manual and automated testing, including system, integration, regression, acceptance, exploratory, and end‑to‑end testing. • Identify, isolate, document, and track defects and bugs, ensuring resolution and quality sign‑off. • Participate in Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Demos, and working sessions as part of an agile delivery team. • Review business requirements and provide early feedback to identify potential gaps or risks. • Validate fixes for defects and verify they do not introduce unintended impacts (regression). • Review and evaluate user interfaces for usability, accessibility, conformity, and functional accuracy. • Ensure user stories align with acceptance criteria and meet quality standards across all environments. • Collaborate closely with Salesforce developers, declarative specialists, business analysts, and PMs to ensure delivery quality. • Support creation and maintenance of test data and test documentation used throughout QA cycles. • Contribute to the improvement of QA processes, tools, and methodologies across the project and broader QA function.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Relevant experience may be substituted for formal education or advanced degree) • Minimum of THREE (3) years of Quality Assurance experience, specifically testing Salesforce applications. • US Citizenship is contractually required. • Strong understanding of Salesforce functionalities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning, and Salesforce data models. • Experience with QA methodologies, SDLC, STLC, and testing strategies. • Hands‑on experience with test automation and QA tools (e.g., Selenium, test automation frameworks, JIRA).
