📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of security-focused Professional Services engagements through the full engagement lifecycle • Conduct sales handoffs, resource projects, develop customer project plans, manage execution, and complete project closeouts • Ensure regular and timely communication with all key stakeholders • Manage project issues and risks through resolution • Maintain internal and external customer relationships and ensure statement-of-work deliverables and objectives are met • Plan and manage resources to meet project scope and budget expectations • Maintain project data in the OpenAir PSA application • Manage and support revenue recognition and customer invoicing processes • Create and maintain project management methodology and process documentation • Provide Project Management services directly to GuidePoint customers • Manage projects as a client-side billable resource when required • Adhere to GuidePoint Security Core Values • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience • 3+ years of project management experience, including 2+ years in consulting services or a similar IT project management environment • Experience with Agile methodology and project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, OpenAir, Salesforce, or similar professional services applications • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel for project reporting • Strong project management skills, including scope, scheduling, resources, budgets, timelines, and financial management • Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously while maintaining customer satisfaction and project profitability • Experience working with information security teams and understanding of key cybersecurity concepts and disciplines • Understanding of professional services revenue recognition and invoicing • Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and team development experience • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across technical and executive audiences • Strong analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and multitasking skills • Ability to build strong customer relationships and drive successful project outcomes • Experience with remote collaboration/teleconferencing tools and willingness to learn and use AI-enabled tools • Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed • Willingness to travel up to 15% • Sedentary work • Substantial movement of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers for a minimum of 8 hours a day • Close visual acuity to view computer terminals and/or perform extensive reading • Preferred: standard industry certifications • Preferred: advanced computer skills with Mac and Google applications
