📋 Description

• Consult with hiring managers on staffing needs and recruitment strategy • Conduct multi-state talent acquisition • Recruit, screen, and recommend placement of clinical staff, including Nurse Practitioners, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Clinical Psychologists, and Post-Doctoral candidates • Ensure the company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline • Collaborate with management to identify present and future hiring needs • Identify and utilize relevant job advertising and recruitment platforms • Design and implement recruiting strategy for assigned regions • Source and attract candidates • Interview and filter candidates for open clinical positions • Schedule interviews for all stages of the interview process • Maintain candidate status reporting • Verify candidate licensing • Compose and send Letters of Intent to candidates who accept verbal offers from hiring managers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required, Human Resources preferred • 2-5 years’ experience as an in-house healthcare recruiter required • Experience effectively utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems to manage recruitment process • Experience in social media and web-based recruitment • Successfully pass pre-employment background testing, including motor vehicle record review and drug screening • Must be vaccinated against COVID-19 and flu • Equal employment opportunity and reasonable accommodation policies apply
