📋 Description

• Drive recruitment strategy for the RPO Program in partnership with clients such as GE Renewable Energy TA • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for individual contributor and leadership positions • Manage recruitment funnels, interview logistics, offers, and onboarding activities • Build and maintain qualified candidate and leadership pipelines using innovative sourcing strategies • Provide candidate profiles and recommendations to hiring managers • Collaborate with client leadership, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners on business strategy, site culture, compensation, talent management, and succession planning • Maintain accurate candidate documentation in recruitment systems and ensure process compliance • Represent the client through candidate communications, job fairs, social media, and face-to-face engagements • Position the client as an employer of choice in competitive talent markets

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Arts, Sciences, or a related field is required • At least one year of professional experience in recruiting or talent acquisition is preferred • Comfortable leveraging applicant tracking systems and recruitment technology • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple requisitions concurrently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Commitment to promoting equitable hiring practices and fostering a diverse candidate pool • Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision • Ability to build trust and collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders • Commitment to delivering a positive, respectful candidate and partner experience • Meticulous attention to detail and adherence to standardized recruitment processes • Comfortable managing ambiguity and adjusting approaches to evolving business needs • Ability to clearly articulate candidate evaluations, recruitment strategies, and business insights verbally and in writing
