📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end solution design for strategic customer initiatives • Engage directly with executives and business stakeholders to influence strategy and adoption • Guide Solution Engineers and Consultants, providing coaching and quality oversight • Represent InnoCoDev externally as a thought leader, shaping customer outcomes and influencing industry practices • Collaborate closely with Product Development to feed real-world insights into the Guidewire roadmap

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in P&C insurance technology, solution architecture, or consulting • Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs and coach teams • Deep expertise in enterprise SaaS platforms (Guidewire preferred) • Recognized as a trusted advisor by customers; experience presenting to senior leadership
