📋 Description

• Define the organization’s enterprise integration strategy and frameworks • Lead integration governance councils and set policies for interoperability, data security, and platform adoption • Shape and manage the enterprise integration ecosystem, including iPaaS, APIs, and messaging systems • Anticipate integration trends such as event-driven architectures and AI-driven integration • Partner with senior executives to align integration strategy with business growth and digital initiatives • Build a culture of integration excellence across technical teams • Produce strategic models, integration roadmaps, and executive-level presentations • Own enterprise-level integration strategies spanning multiple systems and domains • Define the enterprise API and data interoperability vision aligned with compliance and regulatory frameworks • Influence vendor selection and enterprise adoption of integration tools • Drive change management and organizational readiness • Establish KPIs to measure integration success and business value • Create and manage integration architecture models and design components • Partner with IT leaders to maintain coherent application architecture and address security and quality • Provide architecture thought leadership on development tools and coding standards • Research technology solutions and participate in proof-of-concept projects • Convert complex project requirements into manageable technical plans • Contribute architecture and operations feedback and recommendations to Senior Management • Assist in project planning, documentation, training materials, job aids, and rollouts • Distribute technical knowledge throughout the team • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree directly related to the position or equivalent, preferred • Minimum seven years experience in integration strategy, architecture, and/or development and progressive leadership experience required • Highly proficient in enterprise-wide integration strategy, frameworks, and governance models • Highly proficient in ecosystem-level integration across hybrid and multi-cloud environments • Experience with APIs, data exchange, security, iPaaS, messaging systems, event-driven architectures, and AI-driven integration • Experience leading enterprise-scale integration challenges, vendor negotiations, and strategic platform selection • Experience influencing strategy at the executive level • Experience with diverse programming and integration technologies • Experience managing interoperability across structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data domains • Strong governance and process-oriented mindset • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, Wiki, collaborative cloud-based programs, and third-party software applications required • Commitment to company values • Ability to work independently, maintain focus, and make timely decisions • Ability to work Monday–Friday during the business week • Travel 5–10%
