📋 Description

• Transform bespoke, one-off partner negotiations and account management workflows into standardized, repeatable GTM playbooks. • Model complex partner performance data to equip account leads for contract negotiations. • Design and deploy AI-driven solutions to eliminate operational bottlenecks and track program success. • Connect national partners to internal Finance, Legal, Product, and Ops teams for GTM initiatives. • Drive rapid pilots and workflow iterations to improve core partnership metrics. • Inspire impact by bringing wellbeing to the forefront.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in B2B Partnerships, Commercial Strategy, GTM Operations, or Business Development, including 3+ years of experience taking supply-side programs from 0 to 1. • Deep understanding of B2B partnership mechanics, deal structures, and go-to-market execution. • Experience leveraging AI prompt engineering (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT) and modern CRM tools (Salesforce). • Ability to turn raw data into compelling commercial narratives.
