📋 Description

• Provide accurate and professional written responses to complex tax law and procedure questions from tax professionals • Use research tools and databases to research tax law and regulatory issues • Work with teammates and team leads to ensure compliance with service level agreements • Provide clear, prompt, and accurate customer service • Demonstrate teamwork and a curious mindset • Maintain current tax knowledge • Support H&R Block tax preparers assisting taxpayers with individual, business, estate, and trust tax returns

🎯 Requirements

• Current JD or CPA certification or an appropriate/equivalent combination of education and experience • 3 or more years of professional legal or accounting experience • Tax preparation or research experience strongly preferred • Ability to research complex tax situations and communicate results in an easily understood manner • Willingness to learn new information and skills and to be coached • Willingness to work independently and to seek assistance when necessary • Computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Software • Access to high-speed internet service
