📋 Description

• Lead reporting workstreams across assigned client accounts • Develop and maintain dashboards and recurring client reports • Identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities within reporting and measurement frameworks • Translate data into findings and recommendations for internal teams and clients • Manage reporting timelines and coordinate with offshore analytics partners to keep deliverables on schedule • Manage day-to-day assignments and workload for Managers, Senior Analysts, and Analysts • Review junior team output for accuracy and quality • Mentor junior team members on analytical technique, client communication, and reporting best practices • Support client calls and internal meetings, presenting reporting results and answering day-to-day questions • Partner with Account and Investment/Activation teams to align reporting with campaign and business context • Escalate strategic shifts, scope changes, and emerging client needs • Execute the established measurement strategy and reporting cadence • Recommend improvements to reporting workflows, templates, and QA processes • Ensure consistent, repeatable execution across assigned accounts and workstreams • Work cross-functionally with Account, Planning, and Technology teams, client marketing and analytics teams, and third-party partners • Mentor and guide junior analytics staff while managing client learning objectives

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in marketing/media analytics, reporting, or insights • Prior experience managing or mentoring junior staff • Hands-on experience building and maintaining dashboards and recurring reporting • Knowledge of BigQuery or a comparable cloud data warehouse • Knowledge of Funnel.io or a comparable data connector/ETL platform • Knowledge of Tableau or a comparable BI/visualization tool • Strong analytical skills, including identifying trends and translating data into actionable recommendations • Experience managing timelines across multiple accounts or workstreams • Experience coordinating with offshore or cross-functional partners • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable presenting reporting results to clients and internal stakeholders • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred • Familiarity with media/marketing measurement concepts such as MMM, attribution, and incrementality preferred • Experience in an agency or client-services environment managing multiple accounts concurrently preferred • Candidates must reside in Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, or Texas at the time of hire and remain in an approved work location throughout employment • Remote employees must be available during core business hours of 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. Eastern Time
