📋 Description

• Drive coordination to develop and maintain visibility into Enterprise Operating Plan initiatives, including progress, risks, dependencies, delivery confidence, and expected business outcomes • Partner with business owners to align execution activities to targeted business outcomes and success measures • Identify cross-functional dependencies, execution gaps, and risks, and help drive issue resolution • Lead execution of complex, cross-functional strategic programs from planning through delivery • Translate business priorities into integrated plans, milestones, dependencies, operating commitments, and measurable outcomes • Coordinate execution across workstreams and functional teams • Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and execution blockers • Track progress against milestones, KPIs, and value realization objectives • Promote outcome-based execution and continuous improvement • Drive program governance, reporting, and operating cadences • Provide visibility into program health, milestones, risks, dependencies, and delivery confidence • Facilitate program reviews, executive steering committees, and decision-making forums • Build and evolve EPMO capabilities, processes, governance frameworks, operating cadences, and tools • Partner with the VP, EPMO to mature the enterprise program management function and support strategic priorities

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of program, transformation, business operations, or enterprise execution experience • Leadership of large cross-functional initiatives • Proven track record leading large, complex cross-functional initiatives and achieving measurable business outcomes • Experience influencing senior leaders and driving alignment without direct authority • Strong business acumen • Analytical problem-solving skills • Executive communication skills • Success translating strategy into execution and measurable outcomes • Proficiency with program management, reporting, and collaboration tools • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required • Advanced degree or program management certification preferred • Strong ownership, accountability, and bias for action • Ability to bring clarity, structure, and discipline to complex problems • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution • Ability to build partnerships across functions and leadership teams • Ability to anticipate risks, dependencies, and execution gaps • Focus on business outcomes and value realization
