📋 Description

• Provide therapeutic area and product expertise for a designated Oncology therapeutic area • Educate national payers, regional payers, specialty pharmacy providers, and other organized customers on the clinical and economic impact of Pfizer Oncology medicines • Plan and execute Oncology Medical strategy and engagement for assigned customers within a territory • Develop and execute Field Medical tactics aligned with Oncology Medical Affairs content strategy • Communicate and collaborate with headquarters Medical colleagues, Medical Information, and other Pfizer Field Medical colleagues • Deliver live and virtual presentations, written communications, and telephone or virtual conversations • Develop and execute customer-specific projects, collaborations, strategic medical partnerships, and non-interventional studies • Serve as Oncology Medical lead for assigned customers and develop and execute Medical account plans • Provide objective medical information using pharmacoeconomic models, outcomes tools, educational programs, HOPEs, non-interventional studies, and collaborations • Develop and implement Real World Evidence-based outcomes tools to improve patient care and address population health management • Engage Quality Improvement Organizations, Advocacy Groups, Coalitions, and medical/healthcare associations • Provide Oncology Medical support and guidance for Health Information Technology initiatives • Analyze clinical healthcare information-system workflows to reduce care gaps and improve care efficiency and population health • Facilitate clinical content development and innovative HIT tools and resources • Provide expertise on electronic data collection and planning • Identify, design, and deploy HIT solutions for Field Medical use • Support HIT/clinical informatics resources for new product and indication launches • Create tools, resources, and educational materials for internal and external use • Represent Pfizer Oncology Medical Affairs with clinical/professional associations and societies • Provide approved medical content and respond to unsolicited scientific and pharmacoeconomic questions • Review medical and scientific literature, competitive developments, and attend assigned conferences • Collaborate with Pfizer colleagues and HEOR teams on customer outcomes and data-analysis needs • Coordinate Pfizer engagement for selected high-priority U.S. sites to support enrollment • Manage a significant volume of field-based projects and maintain current internal training status

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in health science • 10+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree; 8+ years with a master’s degree; 7+ years with a terminal degree • Experience in clinical, formulary, and/or other management • Experience in managed care, pharmaceutical industry, and/or Quality Improvement • Data Analytics and/or HEOR experience with strong methodological skills in study design, data analysis, and interpretation • Significant experience interacting with payers and other organized customers required • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage and handle conflict constructively • Diverse leadership experience, including influencing and collaborating with peers, developing and coaching others, and overseeing colleagues’ work • Strong analytic skills • Ability to communicate large amounts of scientific information clearly and concisely • Ability to prioritize multiple demands and employ situational leadership skills • Ability to travel, including overnight travel for customer, industry, and professional society meetings • Ability to operate a Pfizer company car with a valid U.S. Driver’s License • Regularly fly on airplanes • Located within a 2-hour drive of a major airport • Flexibility to potentially travel 40–50% of the time • Candidates must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer • Permanent work authorization in the United States required • U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future

🏖️ Benefits

• Annual base salary of $176,600.00 to $294,300.00 • Eligible for Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of base salary • Eligibility to participate in Pfizer’s share based long term incentive program • 401(k) plan with Pfizer Matching Contributions • Additional Pfizer Retirement Savings Contribution • Paid vacation • Paid holiday and personal days • Paid caregiver/parental and medical leave • Medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage • Relocation assistance may be available based on business needs and/or eligibility • Remote - Field Based work location
