📋 Description

• Provide administrative and operational support to one or more districts • Support the District Operations Coordinator (DOC) as directed • Assist with day-to-day operations to ensure offices run efficiently • Provide hiring support using internal applicant tracking and hiring systems • Assist with onboarding and employment-related administrative tasks • Monitor supply inventory and place orders • Review and verify invoices for accuracy • Maintain working knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Office applications

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Previous customer service experience • Ability to communicate clearly and maintain composure with stressed clients • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Experience with Microsoft operating systems and software applications
